Runoff election results announced

The runoff election was held yesterday, with only 894 ballots cast in Nolan County. 790 ballots were submitted from the Republican Party, while 104 were from the Democratic party.
The race with local implications was for the Republican nomination for District Clerk. Jamie Clem took the spot with 477 votes, while her opponent, Connie Jamison, obtained 308 votes.
