SEED closes on Sweetwater Business Park property

Art Maberry, President of Sweetwater Enterprise for Economic Development (SEED), signs sales documents as Rachel Newberry of Beall Abstract & Title Company looks on. The sales contracts were for the sale of property from the Sweetwater Business Park to Select Energy and Jet Specialty. The Washita Valley closing also recently took place. These three sales complete the space available in the 88 acre Sweetwater Business Park. Additional acreage is being sought by SEED representatives for a new Business/Industrial Park.
