SFD hires three firefighters

The Sweetwater Fire Department is welcoming three new firefighters to the station.
Zachary Williams of Hawley, Texas is one of three new additions to the Sweetwater Fire Department. Williams, a firefighter and paramedic who studied at Cisco College and Texas State Technical College, was influenced by his father, Tommy, who retired from the Abilene Fire Department after 18 years. Williams is married to Lacy, and the couple have a two-year-old named Bryson.
Bryan Buckley has also joined the Sweetwater Fire Department. Buckley, who has always been medically minded, studied Biology at McMurry University before taking courses at Cisco College and Texas State Technical College. He owns his own construction company, Dally Construction in Abilene, where he lives with his wife, Nichole, and their two boys, Matthew, 14, and Bryson, 10. Buckley is a firefighter and paramedic.
The third addition to the Sweetwater Fire Department is Chad Worth. Worth is a firefighter and EMT who lives in Abilene with his wife, Jenny, and their three children, Skyler, 5, Azariah, 4 and Allison, 2. Worth was persuaded by friends to join the fire academy in Abilene. He finished his training at Texas State Technical College and Cisco College. Worth also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Abilene Christian University.
Fire Chief Grant Madden said about the new recruits, "We're glad to have three more guys added to our team and we're looking forward to working with them."
