SHS culinary arts students take ServSafe exam

SHS (Sweetwater High School) Culinary Arts students recently took the ServSafe exam, a nationally recognized certification test. ServSafe teaches students about the importance of food safety, how to safely handle food, informing others about food safety knowledge and the dangers of food-borne illnesses and its prevention.
