Southern Belle Salon, located at 200 Main Street in Roscoe, had their ribbon cutting on Tuesday morning. Owner/operator Eden Baker had her salon's grand opening on June 3. When asked why she decided to open a salon in Roscoe, Eden said, "I grew up here. I've lived my whole life in Roscoe."
Yandell Toland, Eden's grandmother, was a beautician in Sweetwater for many years.
Eden, center, is pictured with her two children, Elyn and Jaycee, cutting the ribbon in front of her salon. Her husband, Jeremy (in red) is also pictured. Southern Belle Salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eden can be reached at 325-338-5993 for appointments. The salon also has a tanning bed and jewelry and decorations for sale.
