Sweetwater Lady Mustangs volleyball scores

ANDREWS — After losing its 5-3A opener in Big Spring, Sweetwater’s volleyball team went to Andrews Tuesday for its final non-district match of the season and lost in three games by scores of 20-25, 17-25, 22-25.
Kendra Crosson had nine kills and Kelsi Crosson six for Sweetwater (16-15), which goes to Brownwood to resume district play Friday. Kelsi Crosson also had 11 digs and one block and Kendra Crosson had one dig. Kathleen Campbell had two kills and five blocks; Alicia Finn had one kill, six assists, seven digs and one block; Suede Shirley had one kill, eight assists and one dig; Larissa Locklar had four digs and three blocks; Taylor McPherson had one kill, one dig and one block; and Kinsey Browning and Allie Zavaleta had two digs. Browning had two aces and Kelsi Crosson one.
