Students advance to State Bible Drill

Area Bible Drillers and coaches Lathan Limones, Seth Chaney, Kay Shields, Caleb Shields, Brooklynn Petty, Natile Woodrow & Braden Upshaw

Pictured are Lathan Limones (third grade) of Colorado City, Seth Chaney (fourth grade) of Colorado City, Kay Shields, Bible Drill Leader at First Baptist Church of Colorado City, Caleb Shields (third grade) of Colorado City, Brooklynn Petty (fifth grade) of Sweetwater, Natile Woodrow, Bible Drill Leader at First Baptist Church of Sweetwater, and Braden Upshaw (sixth grade) of Colorado City. The students competed in Rolling Plains Network Drill at First Baptist Church, Sweetwater. Lathan, Caleb and Braden each scored Honorable Mention. Seth Chaney scored Good and Brooklynn Petty scored Superior, so both of these students qualified to attend the Children State Bible Drill at Lubbock in April.
