Students compete in Bible Drill

The Rolling Plains Network Baptist Bible Drill was held Sunday, March 30, at Sweetwater's First Baptist Church. 
Representing First Baptist Church in Youth Bible Drill was seventh grader Brooklynn Petty. She scored excellent. Representing Trinity Baptist Church in Children's Bible Drill were sixth grader Dustin Gray, scoring perfect; third grader Hadlee Hardin scoring honorable mention; and third grader Kylie Gray, scoring superior. The other student in Children's Bible Drill was fourth grader Justynne Petty representing First Baptist Church. She scored superior. Dustin Gray and Justynne Petty will go to Lubbock for the State Children's Bible Drill in April, while Brooklynn will compete in Lubbock's Regional Youth Bible Drill in April. The State Children's Bible Drill only allows fourth through sixth graders to participate.
