November 13, 2012

Team includes 96 employees in Abilene, Snyder and Sweetwater

Suddenlink’s Abilene-Snyder-Sweetwater team has won an award for the highest customer satisfaction scores of any Suddenlink cable system, based on company surveys conducted the past year.
Chairman and CEO Jerry Kent, Chief Operating Officer Tom McMillin and West Region Senior Vice President of Operations Dave Gilles recently visited Abilene to present the award to Suddenlink’s local team, led by Director of Operations Jason Gebhart.
Suddenlink is the seventh largest cable operator in the United States, supporting the information, communication and entertainment demands of approximately 1.4 million residential and commercial customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, West Virginia and elsewhere.
Suddenlink surveys customers throughout the year about its performance. The award noted above is based on customer surveys between July 2011 and June 2012. In addition, since 2007, Suddenlink has recorded the most improved customer satisfaction score where measured by the independent J.D. Power surveys.
