Texas Titans win in San Angelo, local girl part of the team

Sweetwater resident Marissa Moncada is one of the members of the Texas Titans softball team.

The Texas Titans played in Midnight Madness last weekend in San Angelo and earned the Championship Trophy for the 14 and under division. The girls did amazing outscoring their opponents 43-3 in the tournament. 
The team consisted of #2 Cassie Reicheneker (Jim Ned), #3 Marissa Moncada (Sweetwater), #6 Chazney Gray (Clyde), #8 Ashley Tucker (Clyde), #12 Kali Smith (Stephenville), #14 Linsey Ratliff (Clyde), #15 Paige Lesley (Clyde), #21 Bekah Chance (Clyde), #25 Kendra Ray (Clyde), #99 Kenedee Reeves (Abilene).  The Titans are coached by Chris Gray, David Ratliff, Clint Lesley, Steve Chance and Cory Smith.
