Three people pled guilty to Judge Glen Harrison during 32nd Judicial District Court proceedings on Tuesday.
Kenneth Gene Wiley pled guilty to theft over $100,000 but less than $200,000, a second degree felony. For his plea, Wiley received 10 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, probated for 10 years. He will have to pay a $2,000 fine, $309 in court costs and $193,354.29 in restitution to GE Energy. He will also have to serve 240 hours of community service.
Justin Halston Nash pled guilty to theft of a firearm, a state jail felony. For his plea, Nash received two years of community supervision, a $500 fine, $309 in court costs and $500 in attorney's fees. He will also have to serve 120 hours of community service and was ordered to enter a court residential treatment center as a condition of probation.
Jeffery Michael Archuleta pled guilty to theft of a firearm, a state jail felony. For his plea, Archuleta received two years of community supervision, a $1,000 fine and $309 in court costs. He will also have to serve 120 hours of community service.

At least the probabtion judge does the same thing EVERYTIME! Do the crime in Nolan County, do not go to prison do not suffer any conquences. What a cushy job. Go to work, probabtion, probabtion, probabtion go home, same thing tomorrow.
