Three jailed after District Court pleas

Three people were jailed this week after pleading true to revoking their probation during 32nd Judicial District Court proceedings.
Kenneth Frank McCann was originally put on probation on Sept. 13, 2011 for aggravated assault with serious bodily injury, a second degree felony. Court documents state that McCann hit his victim in the face with his fist on June 18, 2011. McCann was sentenced to four years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He was also ordered to pay a $3,000 fine, $309 in court costs $1,000 in attorney's fees and $3,117.09 in restitution. He will receive 209 days credit towards his sentence for time already served in jail.
Sabrina Clowers was originally put on probation on Aug. 29, 2011 for forgery, a state jail felony. She was sentenced to 17 months confinement in the State Jail Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. She will also have to pay a $750 fine, $309 in court costs, $300 in restitution and $1,000 in attorney's fees. She will receive 365 days credit towards her sentence for time already served in jail.
Sandra Carol Tumpek was originally put on probation on Feb. 25, 2013 for forgery, a state jail felony. She was sentenced to 13 months confinement in the State Jail Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. She will also have to pay a $2,500 fine, $343 in court costs, $1,000 in attorney's fees and $7,577.37 in restitution to the following: $1,025 to Texas National Bank, $4,057.68 to Clyde Walker of Sweetwater, $220 to Roscoe State Bank in Sweetwater, $895 to Union Bank of California, $275 to Sweetwater Regional Federal Credit Union and $1,104.69 to Discover Financial Services. She will receive 70 days credit towards her sentence for time already served in jail.
