TSTC Culinary Institute announces classes available to the public

• June 12 — 6-9 p.m. Cost is $35 New/Sweet Beginnings (Part 3 of 3 part series) — Chef Kayleen Quick and easy desserts.
• June 26 — 6-9 p.m. Salt of the Earth — Chef Brin Using natural seasonings from the earth and not all the salt.
• July 10 — 6-9 p.m. Let’s Dress it Up — Chef Blake-Dressings, vinaigrette's and lighter salad options.
• July 24 — 6-9 p.m. Refresh Yourself — Chef Brin-Easy ways to help keep you cool in the middle of the summer heat.
• August 7 — 6-9 p.m. Even the Kids Can do it — Chef Brin-Simple and tasty lunches that the kids can help with.
• August 21 — 6-9 p.m. Fruit, pies, tarts, cobblers — Chef Sandy-Create tasty desserts with fresh seasonal fruits.
• September 11 — 6-9 p.m. Go Natural — Chef Kayleen-Combating anxiety with your diet.
• September 25 — 6-9 p.m. Man Snacks — Chef Blake-Fun food for football season.
• October 9 — 6-9 p.m. Fall Bounty — Chef Sandy-Use corn and tomatoes to their full extent!
• October 23 — 6-9 p.m. Not so Scary Treats — Chef Blake-Healthier treats for Halloween.
• November 20 — 6-9 p.m. Thanksgiving Tips and Tricks — Chef Sandy-Tips and tricks to make your Thanksgiving feast one to remember.
• December 4 — 6-9 p.m. The Long Christmas Dinner-Chef Sandy.
