TSTC to host crisis intervention seminar

A crisis intervention seminar will be presented by the TSTC Chemical Dependency Counseling Program from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18 at the TSTC Conference Center in Abilene, located at 650 E. Highway 80.

A crisis intervention seminar will be presented by the Texas State Technical College Chemical Dependency Counseling Program from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at the TSTC Conference Center in Abilene, located at 650 E. highway 80. The seminar is free and open to the public.
From 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Lori Bunton of the Regional Crime Victims Center will speak about crisis of domestic violence, child abuse and sexual assault.
From 1:30-2:30 p.m., Katherine Lewis of Hendrick Hospice will speak about crisis of grief.
From 2:30-4:30 p.m. Jerry Freshour from Betty Hardwick MHMR will speak about suicide prevention.
