Two entered guilty pleas to Judge Glen Harrison during 32nd Judicial District Court proceedings on Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011.
Randy Lynn Hill pled guilty to forgery, a state jail felony.
For his plea, Hill received two years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-State Jail Division, probated for three years. He will also have to pay a $1,500 fine, $309 in court costs, $775 in restitution and $2,224 in attorney's fees. He will also have to serve 120 hours of community service and shall enter the Teen Life Challenge and successfully complete the program.
Loraine Danielle Brown pled guilty to prohibited substance in a correctional facility, a third degree felony. Court documents state that Brown possessed marijuana in the Nolan County Jail.
For her plea, Brown received three years of community supervision. She will also have to pay a $1,500 fine, $383 in court costs and $500 in attorney's fees. She will also have to serve 160 hours of community service and shall enter the Teen Life Challenge and successfully complete the program.
