Two jailed after pleading guilty

Two people entered guilty pleas during 32nd Judicial District Court proceedings this week.
Wade Eliot Kolb pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine, a state jail felony. Kolb was sentenced to one year confinement in the State Jail Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, $423 in court costs and $500 in attorney's fees. He will receive 216 days credit towards hi sentence for time already served in jail.
Randall Reid Wylie pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine, a state jail felony. Wylie was sentenced to one year confinement in the State Jail Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, $423 in court costs and $500 in attorney's fees. He will receive 108 days credit towards hi sentence for time already served in jail.
