Country Christmas to benefit WTCAC |

The Knights of Columbus will be hosting a country dance Saturday, Dec. 5, at the Knights of Columbus Hall, located at 1500 Cypress. The dance will be from 8 p.m. to midnight. Admission will be new, unwrapped toy or a five dollar donation per person. Toys should be for ages 0—17. All the proceeds will go toward the West Texas Children's Advocacy Center here in Sweetwater.
Entertainment for the dance will be the country rock band "Blaze of Glory" which includes Scotty Gunn, Jr. Price, Elias Chavez, Scott Fortin, Eric Craver and Ricky Ballinger.
Also performing their country selection for that evening will be "Thoze Guys" who's members include Steven Lujan, Chapo Cerda, Joe Manuel, and David from San Angelo. Center Stage Productions will be spinning country hits before the live bands begin with Tommy Ortega on the turn table. |
