Today, Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital will be serving watermelon from 10 to 11 a.m. in the front of the hospital. The community is invited to come by.
On Saturday, July 5, the City of Roscoe will be having an all-day celebration.
A parade will be held at 10 a.m., with lineup starting at 9:30. Judging will take place in eight categories.
There will be food, vendors, a mud bog, and live music in the evening. Everyone is invited to attend.

Also on Saturday, the Texas Cowboy Reunion Old Timer’s Association is sponsoring the annual Fiddler’s Contest at the Round Up Hall in Stamford at 10 a.m.
