Woman’s Forum begins annual ticket sales

October 15, 2013

Sweetwater's Woman's Forum is kicking off their annual holiday give away today. The monies raised will be used for their Civic Improvement and Beautification program.
Pictured is Richard Fergeson of State Farm Insurance who bought the first ticket, sold by chairperson Lita McEachern. He now has a chance to win a 50' LED color TV, iPad or a laptop computer.
The drawing will be held at the Christmas Craft Show at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8, at the Nolan County Coliseum. Tickets are $1 and are being sold by any member of Woman's Forum beginning today and ending at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8.
The Woman's Forum is also seeking the public's input on any ideas to improve or beautify the city. The Woman's Forum will be selling tickets on Saturday and Sunday at the Christmas Craft Show and will also have a drop off box for ideas.
