A Nolan County grand jury handed down nine indictments this week. Among those indicted by the grand jury were: • Cynthia Gail Rich for tampering with governmental record, a second degree felony. Bond was set at $5,000. • Israel Perez for driving while intoxicated, a third degree felony. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Gracie Lucio for forgery, a state jail felony. Bond was set at $5,000. • Sonny Lee Armstrong for driving while intoxicated, a third degree felony enhanced to a first degree felony with two prior convictions. Bond was set at $10,000. • Jose Abraham Lomas for driving while intoxicated, a third degree felony. Bond was set at $5,000. • Ronny Joe Lindsey for driving while intoxicated with child passenger, a State Jail felony. Bond was set at $5,000. • Colt Wayne Blair for possession of a controlled substance, namely methamphetamine, a State Jail felony. Bond was set at $5,000. • Jackie Don Norris for burglary of a building, a state jail felony. Bond was set at $7,000. • David Carl Shumaker for evading arrest with a vehicle, a state jail felony.
