Liberty became a member of our family right after the 9-11 attack in New York. She is a red miniature dachshund who was born on July 27th 2001. She is a "miniature person" who loves to have conversations with people. She is also the warden of the house who has a very firm policy of no hitting....anyone anytime. She will not bite the aggressor but will certainly give them a piece of her mind. She is a very loving dog with a personality that is definitely one of a kind. Her loyalty to her family is unlike any other dog I've ever owned. She loves to dress up and is a ham for pictures. I don't know where we would be without her. She truly is a gift from God.
