“We are thrilled to be joining Keller Williams Realty,” said Julie Hagin. “The company offers its associates unparalleled career growth and learning opportunities in the real estate industry, which was extremely important to us in this market.”
“We believe that the synergies from this merger will have positive affects on both our agents and for the buyers and sellers we serve in the Abilene area,” said Dick Dillingham, operating principal in Plano, Texas; Carmel, California; and of the Northern California/Hawaii Region Market Centers. “The Abilene community will continue to be served by the great agents who live and work here.”
Keller Williams Realty has put its mark on the real estate industry by offering comprehensive educational resources and technological tools. These advantages, coupled with additional benefits such as profit sharing, have attracted some of the most talented owners, brokers and agents in the business. With these tools and benefits, the company has continued to grow despite the well-publicized turmoil in the real estate industry, and this year became the third largest real estate company in the U.S., surpassing Re/Max.
Additionally, in 2008 and 2009, Keller Williams Realty received the highest overall satisfaction ratings from home buyers among the largest full-service real estate firms from J.D. Power and Associates for the second year in a row.
“We are proud of the way our associates do business and we hope Abilene residents will think of us when they think of real estate,” added DeeDee Tosclair, regional director of NTXNMM region of Keller Williams Realty.
The companies invite the public to a ribbon cutting and open house from 4-6 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 14, 2011, at 3157 South 27th in Abilene.
