The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 44 calls for service, issued six citations and made one arrest on March 31, 2011.

The SPD received 15, 911 calls.

Arrested by SPD:
• Joseph Bugarin, 31 — Public intoxication.

The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had 11 calls for service, served no civil papers and made two arrests on March 31, 2011.

Arrested by DPS:
• Bryon Craig McClain, 26, of Abilene — Possession of marijuana.
• Kristopher Adam Shultz, 22, of Abilene — Possession of marijuana.

Calls for service:
• Stranded motorist — I-20 MM 251 west bound.
• Theft — CR 134.
• Prisoner Transport — Garza County.
• Stray livestock — I-20 MM 241.
• Reckless driver — Highway 84.
• Reckless driver — I-20 MM 241.
• Reckless driver — I-20 MM 258 west bound.
• Vehicle burglary — E. Bradford Lane.
• Court Bailiff — Nolan County Court at Law.
