The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 35 calls for service, issued one citation and made one arrest on May 16, 2011.

The SPD received 14, 911 calls.

Calls for service:
• Theft — 1000 block of Oak.
• Assault of a minor — 1200 block of Mustang.
Arrested by SPD:
• Krystal McGee, 22 — Warrant.

The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had six calls for service, served one civil papers and made no arrests on May 16, 2011.

Calls for service:
• Information only — I-20 MM 255 west bound.
• Illegal dumping — CR 213.
• Stand by — CR 109.
• Suspicious incident — Southview Terrace.
• Close patrol — CR 370.
• MHMR transport — Big Spring.

Total in Custody: 44

The Sweetwater Fire Department responded to two ambulance calls and three fire calls on May 16, 2011.
