One person entered a plea to Judge Glen Harrison during 32nd Judicial District Court proceedings this week.
With John S. Young as his lawyer, Robert Alcala Gonzales, Jr. pled true to revoking his probation, a third degree felony. His original date of offense was Jan. 1, 2010 and his date of conviction was Aug. 23, 2011. For his plea, Gonzales received four years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and is responsible for paying a $2,000 fine, $743 in court costs and $1,000 in attorney's fees. He will receive 24 days credit towards his sentence for time already served in jail.
