The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 41 calls for service, issued 11 citations and made three arrests on Sept. 26, 2012.

The SPD received 17, 911 calls.

Calls for service:
• Fraud — 1100 block of Lamar.
• Family violence assault/impede breath — Sweetwater area.
• Unattended death — Sweetwater area.

Arrested by SPD:
• Joe Frank Cuellar, 58 — Warrant.
• Casey Chenault, 35 — Evading/reckless driver/driving while license invalid.
• Jerry Espinoza, 28 — Possession of marijuana.

The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had 12 calls for service, served one civil paper and made six arrests on Sept. 26, 2012.

Arrested by NCSO:
• Dekendrick Fairley, 18, of Fort Worth — Public intoxication.
• Jermain Cardale Matthews, 26, of Houston — Driving while intoxicated, second offense and Potter County warrant/family violence assault.
• Brooke Ann Hollis, 33, of Sweetwater — Warrant/motion to revoke probation.
• James Evert Mosley, 32, of Odessa — Warrant/motion to revoke probation.
• Gina Louise Torres, 41, of Sweetwater— Warrant/forgery of financial instrument.

Arrested by DPS:
• Julio Cesar Garcia, 28, of Fort Worth — Driving while license invalid.

• Reckless driver — I-20 MM 260.
• Vehicle accident — I-20 MM 242 west bound.
• Court Bailiff — Nolan County Court at Law.
