Texas State Technical College will host a team challenge cook-off on Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012.
The cook-off is open to all TSTC West Texas students and employees. Team members must consist of three students and one employee.
Cooking begins at noon and judging begins at 5 p.m.
The competition will be held at TSTC Lake Lot. There will be prizes for Best Dish, Best Camp, Showmanship and Best Overall. A Market Mystery Food Box will be provided to each team. Teams can provide their own grill or cooking equipment. TSTC will have a limited supply.
Music, entertainment, food and games will be provided. Water and electricity will also be provided. RV and tent spots will be available.
