The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 40 calls for service, issued five citations and made no arrests on Nov. 14, 2012.

The SPD received 27, 911 calls.

Calls for service:
• Theft — 100 block of S. Hopkins.
• Theft — 100 block of S. Hopkins.
• Counterfeiting — 1400 block of Hailey.
The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had six calls for service, served no civil papers and made two arrests on Nov. 14, 2012.

Arrested by NCSO:
• Marco Antonio Rico, 23, of Sweetwater — Theft of property.

Arrested by DPS:
• Jeffery William Terjbal, 43, of Flagstaff, AZ — Possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance.
Calls for service:
• Traffic hazard — I-20/Highway 84.
• Information — Possible phone scam, Roscoe.
• Prisoner transport — Taylor County.
• Prisoner transport — Taylor County.
• Alarm — Roscoe.
• Prisoner transport — Gatesville.
