A Nolan County Grand Jury indicted 19 people this past week. Twelve of those indictments were sealed. The following cases were true-billed:
Marcus Ray Franklin was indicted for family violence assault/impede breathing/circulation, a third degree felony, enhanced to a second degree felony with one prior felony conviction. His bond was set at $25,000.
Jesse Clyde Tollison, Jr. was indicted for burglary of a habitation with the intent to commit an assault, a second degree felony. His bond was set at $15,000.
Zamardrick Drakkar Walker was indicted for burglary of a habitation, a second degree felony. His bond was set at $12,000.
Joshua Ray Brunk was indicted for stalking, a third degree felony. His bond was set at $10,000.
Anthony Diaz was indicted for family violence assault/impede breathing/circulation, a third degree felony. His bond was set at $10,000.
Rocky Flores was indicted for assault of a public servant, a third degree felony. His bond was set at $10,000.
Jim Marshall Creek was indicted for driving while intoxicated, a third degree felony. His bond was set at $5,000.
