The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 44 calls for service, issued no citations and made one arrest on Mar. 4, 2013.

The SPD received 30, 911 calls.

Calls for service:
• Theft — 300 block of NE Georgia.
• Burglary of a vehicle — 1100 block of Silas.

Arrested by SPD:
• Female juvenile, 14 — Runaway.

The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had 10 calls for service, served 10 civil papers and made four arrests on Mar. 4, 2013.

Arrested by NCSO:
• Gilbert Raul Aguilar, 21, of Port Lavaca — Warrant/motion to revoke probation.
• David Leslie Woolf, Jr., 29, of Abilene — Warrant/motion to revoke probation.
• Jessie Lee Deboard, 27, of Roby — Warrant/criminal mischief.
• Roman Angelo Royal, 20, of Sweetwater — Assault.

Calls for service:
• Stranded motorist — South Highway 70.
• Suspicious person — E. Third Street.
• Prisoner transport — Vernon.
• Prisoner transport — Breckenridge.
• MHMR transport — Big Spring.
• Stray livestock — I-20 MM 255 east bound.
• Stranded motorist — I-20 MM 233.
• Assist SPD/fight in progress — Lamar Street.
• Assist SPD/domestic disturbance — Pease Street.
• Assist SPD/domestic disturbance — Mohawk.

The Sweetwater Fire Department responded to eight ambulance calls and three fire calls over the past 24 hours.
