The Sweetwater Police Department (SPD) received 47 calls for service, issued no citations and made one arrest on Mar. 6, 2013.

The SPD received 24, 911 calls.

Calls for service:
• Burglary of a habitation — 600 block of Jack Lambert.
• Forgery/unauthorized use of a vehicle — 300 block of W. Colorado.
• Theft — 800 block of E. 17th.

Arrested by SPD:
• Blake Massey, 24 — Driving while intoxicated.
The Nolan County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) had eight calls for service, served four civil papers and made one arrest on Mar. 6, 2013.

Arrested by NCSO:
• Brian Lee McQueen, 26, of Sweetwater — Warrant/bond forfeiture.

Calls for service:
• Suspicious incident — Park Circle.
• Information only — I-20 MM 251.
• Domestic disturbance — N. Plano, Blackwell.
• Traffic hazard — I-20 MM 258.
• Reckless driver — I-20 MM 244.
• Suspicious persons — Skelly Lane.
• Information only — Cypress, Roscoe.
• Reckless driver — I-20 MM 255.

The Sweetwater Fire Department responded to eight ambulance calls and no fire calls over the past 24 hours.
• Six ambulance calls in the city of Sweetwater.
• Two out of town transfers.
