City Council Approves Resolutions; Recognizes Future Sweetwater Participants

Sweetwater Reporter designated as OFFICIAL City Newspaper at Meeting

The City Council of the City of Sweetwater, met in regular session on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at 9 a.m. in the City Council Chambers of the City Hall, 200 E. 4th Street, Sweetwater, TX. 

The City Council welcomed and recognized the Future Sweetwater Class. 

The City Council approved of minutes for meeting held on December 14, 2021 without any changes or edits.

No Council/Board discussion or action may take place on a matter until such matter has been placed on an agenda and posted in accordance with law - GC, 551.042.]

Larry May, a former City Councilman who served for 36 years wanted to recognize Patty Torres, the financial staff and the City for having received their 42nd consecutive Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting.
