New computers approved for Constable, Sheriff’s Department

At the regular public meeting of the Nolan County Commissioner’s Court on Monday, July 10, the Court considered and approved the purchase of a new computer for the Nolan Country Constable. The computer will come with a DVD burner as well. This will be taken out of the Justice Technology fund. The Court also approved the purchase replacement of computers for five computer work stations for the Nolan County Sheriff’s Department. Per Sheriff David Warren, this is a typical life cycle replacement. The five computers are past their limit. The quote includes monitors, software, set-up and is paid for out of the computer technology expense, non-departmental.
The Court also considered and approved the motion for a bond for Deputy Constable, Michael Ray Keller.
