The Sweetwater Jaycees are gearing up for the 62nd Annual World’s Largest Rattlesnake Round-Up.
Media Day is held two weeks before the Round-Up every year where Miss Snake Charmer contestants are introduced to the media and the Jaycees demonstrate how to milk the snakes of their venom to make the all-important anti-venom, as well as skinning snakes for their meat.
The Sweetwater Jaycees Rattlesnake Round-Up is an educational event held every year on the second weekend of March.
