ROSCOE — It didn't take Albany long to feel at home in Roscoe and prove its District 6-2A, D-II superiority Friday. The No. 8-ranked team in the Class 2A, D-II poll erupted for 21 points the first and second periods while Roscoe had non, en route to a lopsided 55-0 win in a first-place matchup of teams with 2-0 records.

Roscoe fell into a tie for second with Miles, where it plays this week. Miles beat Abilene TLCA, 81-0, to stay within a game of Albany in District 6-2A.
